I have created a MIDlet delivery system.

Here is a brief description of the project:

J2ME MODS (MIDlet Obfuscated Delivery System)
Version: 0.6.0

This package contains a set to scripts written in PHP that allow delivery
of J2ME MIDlets without modification to your web server and solve certain
problems such as JAD/JAR Caching.

The JAD and JAR are pushed to the client instead of them downloading these
files directly. There is also the ability to receive messages on MIDlet
Install and MIDlet Delete.
