Some phones will give a generic 907 Data Error if there is any communication problem encountered while downloading your program. It may be that a server timed out or you have poor reception.

In some cases, you can just retry a download after a 907 error. Not all 907 errors are this easy though. You will also see a 907 if your server has incorrectly configured MIME types.
